Flawsome & Co. Appointment & Session Policies

 

Booking Appointments & Sessions

• ALL appointments must be booked online through our Flawsome Wellness Studios Website.

• No appointment will be accepted via DM, phone call or text.

• Appointments are not finalized without deposit

Booking & Deposit Policy

• A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.

• Deposits go toward the total balance of the service.

 

Payment Policy

• The remaining balance must be paid immediately after the service is completed.

• Preferred payment method: Cash (strongly encouraged).

• If paying by card, the client is responsible for the service charge.

• No refunds will be issued once a service is rendered.

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Standard appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to transfer the deposit.

• Appointments requiring a suite rental must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance to transfer the deposit.

• Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service cost.

• A grace period of one-time rescheduling is allowed per client, as long as notice is given within the required timeframe.

• No-call, no-shows will be charged 50% of the remaining balance and must pay in full before rebooking.

 

Late Arrival Policy

• A 10-minute grace period is allowed.

• After 10 minutes, a $15 late fee will be applied.

• After 15 minutes, the appointment is canceled, and the deposit is forfeited.

 

No-Show Policy

• A no-call, no-show results in a forfeited deposit and requires full payment upfront for future bookings.

• Clients who no-show more than twice will be blocked from future bookings.

 

Appointment Times Considerations

• Clients are responsible for adhering to their scheduled time.

• If a client wants to extend their appointment, additional time must be pre-approved and paid for in advance.

• If a client cancels last-minute, deposit will not be refunded, as it covers the daily rental fee.

 

Service & Guest Policy

• No extra guests or children unless they are receiving a service.

• Clients must arrive clean and prepared (e.g., no oils or lotions on the treatment area).

 

Health & Safety

• Clients feeling sick or showing symptoms should reschedule.

• Clients with certain medical conditions may require a doctor’s note before treatment.

• Clients will NOT be services while on their period
