Cancellations & Reschedules: Cancellations and reschedules must be made at least 12 hours in advance via call or text. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice are considered late cancellations. After three late cancellations, you will be banned from booking future appointments. No call, no shows will result in an automatic ban from future bookings. Deposits: A deposit is required to book any appointment. All deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred one time if rescheduling is done 12+ hours in advance. After one transfer, a new deposit will be required to book again. Booking: All appointments must be booked through the website. Appointments made through other methods will not be accepted. Location: The address will be sent 24 hours prior to your appointment for privacy and security. Guests: No extra guests are allowed. Only the client receiving services may enter the treatment area.
